Umami Symposium on July 17th

Ajinomoto Europe S.A.S. will have the pleasure to host on July 17th in Paris during the SSIB Annual Meeting an Umami Luncheon to exchange views around a buffet lunch on Umami and glutamate.

Title: Biological significance of glutamate signaling system during and after protein meal

  2. Glutamate signaling as taste and visceral information promote control of the protein intake, digestion, energy expenditure and their homeostasis by the brain

  3. Utilization of dietary protein in the alimentary organs enhanced by the concomitant glutamate ingestion
    Daniel Tomé (INRA, Paris)
