AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S. obtained the three certificates for its Integrated Management System
After the FAMI-QS (feed Additive and Pre-mixture
Operators) certificate accredited last December, AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE
S.A.S. has been awarded further accreditation of ISO 9001 Ed.2000
(Quality Mgt.), ISO 14001 Ed.2004 (environment Mgt.) and OHSAS 18001
Ed.1999 (Health
and Safety Mgt.) on March 1st 2006.These certificates are the official
recognition of the great efforts that all AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S.
employees have made, over the last two years, to succeed in implementing
their Integrated Management System (IMS).
In the world of severe competition and growing awareness of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety issues, the company has built its IMS with three main objectives;
- To raise the level of trust and credibility among all stakeholders (customers, shareholders, employees, neighbours, administrations, banks, insurance companies, and others …..)
- To develop a tool for Risk Management and a basis for corporate Social Responsibility policy.
- To develop a tool for continuous improvement and search for higher efficiency.
At the celebration ceremony organized at its Amiens factory on May 16th, Mr. Jean Falgoux, President of AJINOMOTO EUROLYSINE S.A.S. and Mr Pierre Lucq, Amiens Plant Manager, affirmed that this IMS would be an essential tool to maintain the competitiveness and for the positive development of the company.
